English Dictation offers an engaging platform for enhancing writing abilities and linguistic comprehension. The game accommodates users of varying proficiency levels, featuring settings tailored for both novice typists and those seeking a more significant challenge. With a vast lexicon at its disposal, the system draws from thousands of words across multiple languages.

This tool can be invaluable for improving one’s command of English and foreign vocabulary. Users can practice typing in English or other languages by listening to audio prompts.

Children may benefit from a slower speed option, allowing them to develop their skills comfortably, while seasoned typists can adjust the game's pace to suit their experience.

The Game:

• Upon initiation, words ranging from 3 to 11 characters are spoken, prompting users to type them out. Each word is visually represented by an airplane.
• The airplane traverses the screen from left to right; users must accurately type the word before it exits on the right side.
• Words are presented in batches of ten, categorized by length.
• After successfully typing each word, a new one is announced.
• If a word is not typed correctly within the allotted time, users receive feedback on their performance, including access to a results screen where high scores are displayed.

Score:

• The score menu showcases the most recent score achieved by the user.
• High scores are accessible based on current game settings.

Settings:

• Users can select the language for typing: English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• The airplane's movement speed can be adjusted as needed.
• A wind scale setting determines the intensity with which the airplane moves up and down.
